The Federal Tax Authority (FTA) in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has published its VAT legislation in its official gazette confirming implementation effective 01 Jan 2018.

Binsidra National Petrogas, is committed to implement the UAE VAT Laws as per above.

Also, to ensure compliance with FTA guidelines, effective 01 Jan 2018, we would be resorting to weekly invoicing where:

• invoicing cycle currently is longer than 14 days.
• invoicing is On-Line (on delivery) - this change will be temporary until the first billing cycle of January 18 is completed (i.e 7th Jan 18) after which system will revert to normal On-Line mode.

Kindly note above changes and request your cooperation in settling the invoices on the due dates as per our payment terms.
